Paul Sanders, Chairman of the APN has written to the Secretary of State for Transport requesting urgent assistance for the transport sector in addressing the crippling skills crisis it faces.
Sanders highlights issues around recruitment and training arising from factors such as the cost of licence acquisition, an ageing workforce, IR35 rules and Brexit.
