Benchmarking

Members of the Association of Pallet Networks have access to a bespoke online benchmarking toolkit, which collects, collates, analyses and reports information from across the sector, including:

• Pallet and consignment volumes (by service type and pallet size)
• Postcode, B2B and B2C volume analysis
• Trunk fill
• Customer service levels

Members can then view their own key performance indicators and their position relative to other members, with members’ data remaining confidential at all times.

Statistics are formally reported quarterly, although members have monthly access to the data.
